1. No Return or Exchange on Custom Orders
  • All our products are customised according to your size, design, and branding requirements.
  • For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once production has started.
  • Please review your design proof, sizes, and details carefully before approval.
2. Cancellation Policy
  • Orders cannot be cancelled after payment or after design approval.
  • If production has not started yet and cancellation is possible, it will depend on the situation. In such cases, a service/deduction fee may apply.
3. Damaged or Defective Items

We ensure quality control, but in rare cases if you receive a damaged product:

Eligibility for Replacement

You may request a replacement only if:

  • The product is physically damaged, torn, or crushed during delivery, AND
  • You report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
Requirements

You must provide:

  • Unboxing video from the start, without cuts
  • Clear images of the damaged item
  • Your order number and contact information

Requests without proper proof cannot be processed.

What Is Not Considered a Defect
  • Slight color variations
  • Minor design or printing differences
  • Issues caused by incorrect measurements provided by the customer
  • Damage caused after the order was received
4. Color Variation Disclaimer
  • Printing colors may slightly differ from digital screens.
  • Such variations are normal in packaging printing and not valid grounds for a refund or return.
5. Refund Policy
  • No cash refunds are offered for customised packaging orders.
  • In rare approved cases (e.g., duplicate payment), refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet.
  • Refund time: 5–10 working days.
6. Wrong Details Provided by Customer

We are not responsible for issues caused by:

  • Incorrect size or dimensions shared by the customer
  • Low-quality artwork files
  • Wrong color codes or printing instructions
  • Delayed approval by the customer

Such cases are not eligible for refund or replacement.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
  • We ship through reliable courier partners.
  • However, courier delays or lost packages are handled according to the courier company’s policies.
  • We are not responsible for courier-related delays.
