1. General Policy

We aim to provide high-quality custom packaging products. Due to the nature of our business, specific conditions apply.

2. Custom Orders

All custom packaging orders are non-refundable once production begins.
This includes:

  • Printed boxes
  • Branded packaging
  • Custom designs

3. Design Approval Responsibility

Customers must carefully review all designs before approval.
Once approved, we are not responsible for:

  • Spelling errors
  • Design mistakes
  • Incorrect specifications

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive damaged items:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Provide photo or video proof

5. Manufacturing Defects

Refunds or replacements are only issued if:

  • There is a verified manufacturing defect
  • The issue is caused by us

6. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom printed items
  • Personalized packaging
  • Bulk orders

7. Refund Process

If approved, refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame.

8. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the fault is on our side.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
